Weekly StarkNet statistics - 372,000 transactions on Goerli and 28,000 transactions on Mainnet last week. So far, there have been 7.4 million transactions on Goerli and 406,000 transactions on Mainnet. The number of contracts deployed last week was 4.4K on Goerli / 2.1K on Mainnet.
